I’m a 36 year old woman, a mother, a wife, a runner, a bit of a health nut, going through life trying to keep a happy attitude and a healthy lifestyle.
I’m originally from Uruguay, where I grew up, spent 3 years of my teens-tweens living in the US, and have been living in Israel for the past 13 years. Part of me still misses Uruguay and the US, but I’m happy here.
This past year was one of big changes, I started running regularly and eating clean, no processed foods, no meat. Since then I feel the healthiest I have been.
This blog is mostly about running with a bit of healthy and a bit of life thrown in. I hope you can relate and find some interesting and/or entertaining content.
Your blog is well written and I can’t wait to hear more about running in Israel, good luck in your pursuits!
Thank you!
Love the blog! Love Israel! Badass!
Thanks!
Hi! I love reading your blog, so I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Award: http://fatgirltoironman.wordpress.com/2014/03/01/liebster-award/
Thank you! I appreciate it, and most of all I’m glad you enjoy reading my posts.
Love the baby’s athletic shoes!
Thanks, those are Teva sandals, I loved them, they seemed to be so comfortable on her and held out really well through the summer.
Good luck with your fourth coming half. Thank you for liking the Romilly’s Challenge Miki post. I wonder where that beautiful place is your banner photograph.
Absolutely loved your blog. Very inspiring.
Nice blog and I can relate. I drink coffee before every run;)
I wonder how much slower I’d run without it! 🙂
I hope all is going well for you! I have nominated you for the Sunshine Award, should you choose to accept this award check out my post! http://runningtalltails.wordpress.com/2014/02/05/we-could-all-use-a-little-sunshine and happy blogging!
Wow! Thank you SO much! I really appreciate it. I just read your post about it (loved your random facts) and will do my own soon. Thanks again.

Thanks for the message Kristy!
You seem pretty awesome : ) What is Uruguay like ? Is there any major cultural differences that you have experienced ?

Thanks for your comment. Uruguay is an incredible country and so close to my heart, still. Huge cultural differences between the 3 countries I’ve spent time living in.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Will do in the next few days. Got a race to run tomorrow morning…
Hey there! I greatly enjoy your blog and have “nominated” you for the Liebster Award (why we say “nominate” rather than “award” I have no idea)! You can view the information and rules at The Liebster Award (and a collection of running blogs to check out).
