I’ve been eating Balance Bars for a few years now.
What I like about them:
* They are delicious. Every single flavor rocks. My favorite is Honey Peanut, but seriously, all of them are yummy.
* 40% carbs – 30% protein – 30% fat. Works for me, especially after a workout.
What I like less about them:
* They have a bit too much sugar, taste wise I like that, nutrition wise not so much. But I eat them sporadically (eating energy bars is not a daily habit for me), so I can deal with that.
