I started to take Dymatize Nutrition Glutamine about 6 months ago, when my running training got harder, and I felt I needed as much help as I could get with recovery. It seemed I was constantly running with that muscle ache / heavy legs feeling.
Glutamine is one of the 20 amino acids (not essential) that our body makes, but supplementing it has been proven to help with muscle recovery.
I can’t say much about the brand or type, but I am satisfied with the results.
