The Grid 2.0 Roller


Can you hate something and love it at the same time? No, it’s not your husband or wife.
The Grid 2.0 Roller (nothing foamy about it) is one of those things for me, and I know it will be for you.

You “roll” it on your legs, hips, back, or anywhere else you may want to, by applying your own body weight, and the pressure helps release knots and relax your muscles.

Sure, it hurts, but it works, so it’s worth it.
